What postal service do you use?

All my parcels will be sent via Royal Mail. Shipping options are available at checkout.

What is your dispatch time?

I aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Adding my yarn cake winding service may add an extra day to the dispatch time.
‘Dyed to Order’ purchases may take up to 10 working days. But of course I will try to get your order out as soon as possible.

I have made another order, can i combine postage costs?

I are happy to combine postage, but I may not notice you have made another order so please contact me ASAP and let me know before I package up your order.

Will I have to pay import import tax or customs fees?

If you live outside the UK you may have to. Any import tax or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you accept return?

Yes, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, let me know within 14 days, after that you have 14 days to return the goods to me in resaleable condition and you will receive a full refund. However you will not be refunded the cost of returning the goods to me.

Be sure you obtain proof of postage.

If goods are not returned in a resaleable condition, either the goods will be returned to you or a deduction will be made from the reimbursement for the loss in value of the goods.

Goods returned from overseas must be marked as ‘Returned Merchandise’ on the customs form. I will not pay customs charges for returned goods, if they are not marked correctly the Royal Mail will return them to you.

You will be reimbursed using the same method of payment you used when placing the order.

You will be reimbursed within 7 days after receiving the goods back from you.

My parcel hasn’t arrived?

Please allow 35 days for ‘Ready to Ship’ orders and 45 days for ‘Dyed to Order’ orders from the date of purchase for your parcel to arrive, I do not consider a parcel missing until after this. In the event that a parcel does go missing I will use the ‘proof of postage’ to make a claim with the Royal Mail. If the claim is successful I will then be able to provide you with a full refund including the delivery cost.
